The governor of the province of Buenos Aires, Axel Kicillof, announced the launch of the 'Movement Right to the Future' (MDF) through a first document published on social media. In this document, the need to consolidate a force capable of leading a model different from the current one is highlighted, criticizing the economic model of the national government for being based on financial speculation, the concentration of wealth, and the handing over of resources to foreign interests.
The MDF seeks to defend work, agricultural and industrial production, commerce, education, and science, ensuring economic development with social justice. To achieve this, it considers it essential to regain the popular, national, and federal character of Peronism and embrace the people, igniting hope.
The movement emphasizes the importance of understanding the reasons for the electoral defeat at a national level in order to recover the agenda of the majorities and defend the rights of all citizens. It is supported by important figures from Buenos Aires Peronism, including mayors such as Julio Alak, Jorge Ferraresi, Mario Ishii, Fernando Espinoza, and Mario Secco, as well as deputies and various unions and popular movements.
The 'Movement Right to the Future' aims to become an alternative to the government of Javier Milei and be an instrument for the reconstruction of Peronism, facing a historic challenge.
